leConversations - Introducing a New Editorial Series on Faith, Calling, and Influence

Where Faith, Calling, and Influence Meet

Every meaningful calling begins with a conversation. Sometimes it’s a quiet moment with God. Sometimes it’s a question that stirs something deeper within us.

And sometimes it’s a conversation with someone whose journey reminds us that obedience to God’s calling is always worth pursuing.

There are moments in life when a conversation shifts something within us. Not because it is loud or dramatic, but because it reveals a truth we were ready to hear.

Throughout my journey of building LOOKLIVELUXE and helping women refine their personal brands and influence, I’ve had the privilege of encountering women whose leadership and faith have shaped the way I think about calling, stewardship, and influence.

These are the kinds of conversations that deserve more than a passing mention. They deserve space to reflect, listen and to consider how God is shaping our own calling in the process.

And that is why I created leConversations.

What is leConversations?

leConversations is an editorial series dedicated to thoughtful dialogue with women who are stewarding influence with faith, intentionality, and conviction.

These conversations explore the intersection of:

  • calling and leadership
  • faith in the marketplace
  • refinement and identity
  • purpose-driven influence

Because before we build brands, businesses, or platforms, we are first invited to understand who we are called to be.

In a world that often rewards speed, performance, and visibility, these conversations create space for something deeper.

Reflection.

Discernment.

And the quiet work of refinement.

Why These Conversations Matter

Many of the women I work with through LOOKLIVELUXE are already successful. They have built businesses, established careers, and developed influence within their industries.

Yet at some point, many of them arrive at the same realization: What they built no longer fully reflects who they are becoming. That moment is often where refinement begins.

Refinement is not about discarding everything you have created. It is about realigning what you build with the woman God is shaping you to be.

The conversations in this series will highlight women who are navigating that journey with wisdom, humility, and faith.

The First Conversation

It felt fitting that the first edition of leConversations would begin with someone whose work had a meaningful impact on my own journey.

Natasha Ann Miller is the founder of Called Coaching Institute and the host of the Called Women Podcast.

Through her work, Natasha equips women to walk boldly in their God-given calling and to steward their influence with clarity and obedience.

Discovering her Called Women Masterclass came during a season when I was deeply discerning the direction of my own work.

It was through the Called Coaching Institute (then Called Coach Academy) that I became a certified Christian life coach, a step that helped shape the relaunch of LOOKLIVELUXE and the deeper integration of faith into the work I now do with women refining their personal brands and influence.

Natasha’s message about identity, obedience, and leadership resonated deeply with me. And it continues to impact the way I think about calling and influence today.

The Heart Behind the Conversation

One of the questions I asked Natasha during our conversation was this:

What truth about who you are has anchored you most in this season of your calling?

Her answer was both simple and profound.

I have learned that in seasons where I feel weary or even fearful of the future, I am first a daughter before I am anything else—knowing that there is no one and no thing that can ever separate me from the love and plan of God for my life.

Her words are a powerful reminder that calling does not begin with striving. And it begins with identity.

A Moment of Reflection

What stood out to me most in this conversation was Natasha’s emphasis on leading from daughterhood rather than performance.

In a culture that often measures success through visibility, achievement, and constant productivity, this truth feels both grounding and freeing.

When our identity is rooted in who we are before God, the pressure to prove ourselves begins to fade.

From that place, leadership becomes less about striving and more about stewardship. And that is where true influence begins to take shape.

Calling is not only about what you build. It is also about the woman you must become in order to steward it well. Sometimes the most significant transformation does not happen in our strategy or structure.

It happens in our identity. And from that place, everything else begins to align.

Continuing the Conversation

The full interview with Natasha Ann Miller will continue in my next post, where we explore topics such as:

  • staying aligned with what God has entrusted us to steward
  • how refinement strengthens leadership
  • what women need to understand about their calling

I hope this conversation encourages you as much as it encouraged me.

Because when women step into their calling with clarity and conviction, the impact extends far beyond their own lives.

And often, it begins with a single conversation. See you there?
